Salesforce is hiring a Salesforce Support Engineer – Industries & Revenue Cloud for its Customer Success team in India. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore with a flexible office work model.
The role focuses on providing premier technical support for Industries and Revenue Cloud products, handling escalations, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with global teams and support customers across different time zones, especially the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer cases from Tier 2 support teams.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Industries and Revenue Cloud products such as CPQ, CME, HINS, OmniStudio, Pricing, and Billing.
- Assist developers in debugging integrations using APIs, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Create high-quality technical investigations and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AE, TAM, and CSM.
- Maintain strong relationships with Product teams for faster issue resolution.
- Write sample code, contribute to open-source projects, and create knowledge base materials.
- Meet monthly KPIs including CSAT and productivity goals.
- Identify up-sell opportunities and communicate Salesforce solutions effectively.
- Review support cases for troubleshooting accuracy and define technical best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- 2 to 6 years of Salesforce engineering or programming experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Industries or Revenue Cloud products (CME, CPQ, HINS, OmniStudio, SF CPQ, Pricing, Billing).
- Mandatory Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- At least one Industries or Revenue Cloud Certification
- Strong experience in LWC and Apex development.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, YAML, SOAP, REST APIs, and AJAX.
- Understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL.
- Knowledge of OWD, user sharing, visibility, licensing, authentication, and Experience Sites customization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage escalations, multitask, and handle high-pressure situations.
