Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA (Estimated based on location and industry standards)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system configuration and customization for project needs.
- Execute intermediate installations of development support tools.
- Report task status using DevOps tools and systems.
- Learn and assist in resolving issues within the Azure and AWS stacks.
- Carry out system administrative duties as required.
- Support clients through troubleshooting and software upgrades.
- Perform data analysis and migration using ETL processes.
- Meet customer service metrics and SLA commitments.
- Maintain accurate and regular status reporting within teams and with clients.
- Handle multiple client requirements concurrently and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Contribute to internal projects and automation initiatives.
- Ensure smooth deployments and updates across development environments.
- Maintain documentation related to development and test processes.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and MS SQL Server.
- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of Agile software development processes.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (advantageous).
- Exposure to ETL processes and data management.
- Self-motivated and proactive learner.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% if required.
- CGPA of 7.0 or above in academics.
