Working Hours: Rotational shifts (24/7 support including nights and weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Revolut’s corporate clients.
- Handle customer queries via in-app chat, phone, and email.
- Ensure that business users feel secure and supported while using Revolut’s services.
- Simplify complex issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve escalations.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant departments.
- Maintain high response quality while handling multiple customer cases.
- Work in line with Revolut’s “WOW” customer service philosophy.
- Deliver customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple priorities.
- Uphold Revolut’s values while dealing with customers globally.
- Ensure compliance with financial service standards and policies.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Document case histories accurately for reference and audits.
- Represent Revolut online as a trusted and professional support agent.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting corporate (B2B) customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex issues clearly.
- Strong IT, numeracy, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital platforms.
- Cultural awareness for working with a diverse global customer base.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
