Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Revolut’s corporate clients.
  2. Handle customer queries via in-app chat, phone, and email.
  3. Ensure that business users feel secure and supported while using Revolut’s services.
  4. Simplify complex issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
  5. Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve escalations.
  6. Identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant departments.
  7. Maintain high response quality while handling multiple customer cases.
  8. Work in line with Revolut’s “WOW” customer service philosophy.
  9. Deliver customer feedback to improve products and services.
  10. Manage time effectively to balance multiple priorities.
  11. Uphold Revolut’s values while dealing with customers globally.
  12. Ensure compliance with financial service standards and policies.

  14. Document case histories accurately for reference and audits.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

  5. Ability to simplify and explain complex issues clearly.
