Key Responsibilities

  1. Extend Axiom platform coverage for new geographies, products, and regulations.
  2. Translate business goals into clear, detailed requirements and specifications.
  3. Support the design and documentation of scalable delivery processes.
  4. Develop playbooks and guides for regulatory solution rollouts.
  5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) including test case preparation and execution.
  6. Address queries and provide support for EBA regulatory reports such as COREP and FINREP.
  7. Identify system gaps and risks, and escalate as needed.
  8. Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams globally.
  9. Analyze large datasets using SQL for report validation and testing.
  10. Ensure end-to-end regulatory reporting compliance and accuracy.
  11. Create high-quality documentation for internal teams and external audits.
  12. Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones and locations.
  13. Track and improve reporting efficiency and automation.
  14. Ensure alignment of regulatory requirements with internal data architecture.
  15. Monitor industry trends and update regulatory practices accordingly.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and testing.
  2. Knowledge of financial products and trade/transaction lifecycles.
  3. Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks like COREP and FINREP.
  4. Strong documentation skills for writing business and functional specifications.
  5. Proven ability to execute UAT and validate reporting implementations.
  6. Familiarity with global finance operations and regulations.
  7. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic fintech environment.
  9. Independent thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  10. Experience working across time zones and remote teams.
  11. Understanding of risk and compliance requirements in finance.
  12. Basic knowledge of data modeling and reporting architecture.
  13. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  14. Previous exposure to financial platforms or fintech companies.
  15. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and regulatory changes.
