Key Responsibilities

1. Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks.
2. Collaborate with device and product teams to develop 2G, 3G, and 4G roaming requirements.
3. Validate technical requirements and designs for global roaming.
4. Ensure smooth integration of authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, and provisioning systems.
5. Support the preparation of proposals for network deployments and upgrades.
6. Participate in budgeting and investment planning with business units.
7. Evaluate service provider capabilities for performance and coverage.
8. Perform network analysis and troubleshoot routing issues.
9. Analyze and optimize network performance.
10. Identify and recommend solutions for root cause issues.
11. Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
13. Participate in testing and validation of new technologies.
14. Support operational excellence in network deployment.
