Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and onboard new strategic partners and alliances.
  2. Manage existing partnerships to ensure consistent business contribution.
  3. Design and implement partner programs to scale distribution efforts.
  4. Track, analyze, and report key metrics to measure partner performance.
  5. Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner initiatives.
  6. Develop training and enablement plans for partner engagement.
  7. Facilitate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
  8. Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues arising in partner relationships.
  9. Maintain a strong pipeline of partner prospects and manage relationships efficiently.
  10. Negotiate agreements, commercials, and contracts with partners.
  11. Continuously assess market trends and competitor activity for partnership opportunities.
  12. Drive revenue growth through direct and indirect channel contributions.
  13. Ensure partner satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  14. Represent Razorpay in external partner meetings and industry forums.
  15. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Razorpay’s products and services.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the fintech ecosystem and B2B sales cycle
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
  • Proven track record in managing high-impact partnerships
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
