Key Responsibilities
- Video KYC Processing – Conduct video calls with customers to complete KYC verification.
- Process Adherence – Follow defined KYC process guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Customer Interaction – Build trust and rapport with customers while verifying their details.
- Productivity Targets – Meet hourly and daily performance goals to ensure smooth operations.
- Issue Resolution – Utilize internal resources and processes to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Process Improvement – Provide recommendations to enhance the VKYC process and customer experience.
Skills & Requirements
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Hindi (South Indian languages preferred).
- Customer Orientation: Ability to handle objections, actively listen, and adapt to different customer scenarios.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in KYC processing.
