Qualification: Graduation (10+2+3) Mandatory
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (estimated based on industry and location)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle PhonePe account and transaction-related customer queries.
- Act with integrity and maintain a customer-first approach.
- Communicate effectively across phone and data channels.
- Follow defined process guidelines for accurate resolution.
- Build trust with customers through clear and helpful interactions.
- Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
- Utilize internal tools and processes to support resolution.
- Escalate issues appropriately to the relevant internal teams.
- Recommend improvements to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about using PhonePe features effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Handle diverse customer scenarios with professionalism.
- Adapt to dynamic workflows and operational changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns.
- Uphold PhonePe’s standards for service quality and communication.
