  8. Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (Based on industry standards for ITSM professionals in India)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure IT services are delivered as per agreed service definitions and SLAs.
  2. Support measurement frameworks and generate operational and project reports.
  3. Identify and implement improvements in data collection and reporting methods.
  4. Act as a single point of contact for stakeholder communication and engagement.
  5. Facilitate open discussions, manage escalations, and resolve service issues.
  6. Prioritize, diagnose, and resolve incidents while escalating when required.
  7. Analyze incident trends and implement preventive measures.
  8. Support service level negotiations and ensure performance targets are maintained.
  9. Monitor supplier performance and validate compliance with contract terms.
  10. Provide availability management support and ensure minimal service disruptions.
  11. Contribute to business analysis by identifying operational improvements.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations and support wider IT functions when required.

Required Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and IT Operations processes.
  2. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  3. Understanding of ITIL framework, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  4. Experience managing IT vendors and conducting service reviews.
  5. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum).
  8. Familiarity with regulated environments such as GxP or Financial sectors.
  9. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
