Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Support automation of build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Help configure and troubleshoot DevOps tools on AWS and on-premise environments.
- Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Assist in managing artifact repositories using JFrog Artifactory.
- Contribute to infrastructure and pipeline automation using Python or Shell scripting.
- Monitor CI/CD pipeline performance and improve reliability.
- Support observability and monitoring using tools like Grafana and CloudWatch.
- Troubleshoot issues related to builds, deployments, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with developers and SRE teams for smooth software delivery.
- Assist in deploying applications on AWS EKS environments.
- Support version control and workflow automation using GitHub tools.
- Learn and apply DevOps best practices in real-world projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement of internal engineering platforms.
- Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic experience in software development or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts.
- Working knowledge of GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- Basic understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and EKS.
- Hands-on exposure to Docker and containerization concepts.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.
- Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with artifact management tools like Artifactory.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana or CloudWatch.
- Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Understanding of software build tools like Gradle is a plus.
- Exposure to Java-based applications is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
