Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (estimated for Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand business requirements and define suitable technical approaches.
  2. Maintain conceptual integrity while implementing new solutions.
  3. Practice test-driven development across all modules.
  4. Improve unit test coverage consistently.
  5. Optimize system performance with reduced response times.
  6. Work on memory-efficient backend flows.
  7. Identify and eliminate obsolete system components.
  8. Implement new features as per roadmap guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
  10. Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues.
  11. Ensure high-quality code through reviews.
  12. Document technical components and workflows.
  13. Support release cycles by validating deployments.
  14. Resolve legacy bugs and improve stability.
  15. Participate in architectural discussions when needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Minimum 2+ years of backend development experience.
