Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations on front-end application issues.
- Capture and analyze information from clients and systems.
- Apply fix tools to resolve common technical problems.
- Shadow end users to reproduce issues.
- Perform workflow testing internally and externally.
- Troubleshoot backend systems using logs and queries.
- Gather and analyze log files for diagnostics.
- Query databases and update relevant fields.
- Restart or cycle servers when required.
- Prioritize work based on issue severity.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Document activities, resolutions, and steps taken.
- Create knowledge articles for future issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
- Balance business priorities with client needs.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
- Understanding of application support concepts.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes.
- Competency in database querying and updates.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Readiness to work in shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
- On-call support flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
- Ability to create technical documentation.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools.
- Customer-first mindset with patience.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
