Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (estimated)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure and security solutions.
- Identify and resolve common incidents and problems.
- Investigate first-line incidents to determine root cause.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed.
- Schedule and manage maintenance activity windows.
- Follow proper handover procedures for shift changes.
- Escalate unresolved incidents as necessary.
- Ensure efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
- Update existing knowledge articles or create new ones.
- Identify and implement work optimization opportunities.
- Support project work as required.
- Implement and deliver disaster recovery functions and tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication skills across different cultures and social groups.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work long hours when necessary.
- Active listening skills, including paraphrasing and probing for additional information.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and client requirements.
- Basic understanding of network security principles and firewall management.
- Familiarity with management agents, redundancy concepts, and ITIL processes.
