Key Responsibilities

1. Perform timely and accurate data entry for assigned processes.
2. Complete data corrections as required by operational guidelines.
3. Verify documentation associated with process changes.
4. Request and validate information needed for transaction processing.
5. Ensure completion of tasks within defined SLAs.
6. Process daily activities related to member premium reconciliation.
7. Organize tasks based on operational priorities.
8. Maintain strong knowledge of insurance industry fundamentals.
9. Understand all products and services handled by the team.
10. Resolve complex situations using established procedures.
11. Support team members by sharing process insights.
12. Maintain proper documentation for assigned tasks.
13. Identify discrepancies and escalate when needed.
14. Ensure accuracy for all completed transactions.
15. Adapt to process changes as required by client needs.
