Key Responsibilities
1. Market Working
- Map potential markets across Institutions and HORECA channels.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with key business clients.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for distributors in the assigned region.
- Achieve and monitor redistribution value and volume targets.
- Ensure product availability across relevant channels through distributor sales force.
- Drive continuous area development and expand outlet coverage.
2. Distributor Handling
- Ensure distributor compliance with company roles and responsibilities.
- Manage and develop distributors profitably and actively.
- Execute company-determined sales, discount, and trading terms correctly.
- Monitor and minimize bad goods returns.
- Ensure efficient market coverage by distributors.
- Track distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI).
- Monitor timely delivery from distributor to consumers.
3. Control, Training & Communication
- Conduct performance evaluations of the secondary sales force.
- Provide timely reports on market intelligence including competitor activities and pricing changes.
- Ensure proper training of the secondary sales force.
- Coordinate communication between team members and distributor management.
- Comply with all company policies and directives.
- Optimize secondary sales force expenditures.

Eligibility Criteria
