Key Responsibilities

  1. Configure security gateways to protect the Nestlé network while supporting business needs.
  2. Provide technical security expertise to address critical business situations.
  3. Offer strategic risk guidance on IT projects and recommend compliant technical controls.
  4. Liaise between the security team and corporate compliance, audit, legal, and HR teams.
  5. Ensure consistent application of security policies and standards across IT products and systems.
  6. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and functional architects to design security solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain the enterprise information security architecture and solutions.
  8. Implement security best practices in system management and configuration.
  9. Support the business in implementing security solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
  10. Monitor security risks and address incidents proactively.
  11. Participate in security assessments, audits, and technical reviews.
  12. Promote adherence to industry best practices in security design and operations.
  13. Engage in continuous improvement of security practices and documentation.
  14. Assist in developing technical security artifacts and documentation.
  15. Maintain knowledge of industry developments and emerging security threats.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Operating System Security.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud/Azure security practices.
  • Strong understanding of Networking and Network Security.
  • Excellent communication skills in business English at different organizational levels.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in PKI/Digital Certificate Management.
  • Programming knowledge in PowerBI, Python, or PowerShell.
