Key Responsibilities
Support the analysis of complex cross-franchise and enterprise requirements.
Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements aligned with strategic principles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
Create and maintain project documentation and support quality assurance controls.
Identify and support cut-over and implementation activities.
Trace business requirements to future state design.
Create and execute test scenarios and scripts to validate solution design.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users during UAT.
Required Skills
Appropriate Business Analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
Strong analytical mindset and organisational skills.
Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques.
Background in delivering business analysis within a Technology or IT function.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
