Estimated Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,80,000 per annum (Based on Entry-Level BPO roles in Mangalore)
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via inbound calls, live chats, emails, and portal activities.
Process service orders and troubleshoot basic mobile phone issues.
Maintain and update customer account information accurately.
Collaborate with team members and update issue status using client communication tools.
Meet schedule adherence and call handling time guidelines.
Resolve customer issues efficiently to minimize repeat calls.
Escalate issues appropriately when required.
Manage customer inboxes and respond within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain professional and courteous phone etiquette.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic understanding of Android and iOS devices.
Computer literacy and ability to navigate ticketing systems.
Ability to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, or Remedy.
Prior domestic BPO experience (0–6 months preferred).
