Key Responsibilities

  2. Troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues involving OS, networking, and databases.

  4. Debug and analyze application and infrastructure issues.
  5. Deploy Push-to-Talk applications across servers.
  6. Configure network settings to enable server communications.
  7. Monitor application performance and network integrity.
  8. Participate in live troubleshooting calls with customers.
  9. Capture application logs and network data for analysis.
  10. Develop automation tools to reduce debugging time.
