Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for user access issues such as account lockouts or permission errors.
  2. Manage daily IAM operations including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
  3. Process user access requests according to defined workflows and security policies.
  4. Work within platforms like Active Directory, Okta, and LDAP for identity management tasks.
  5. Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) functions using One Identity.
  6. Assist users in navigating the IGA system and resolving common workflow issues.
  7. Support testing and validation of new IAM workflows.
  8. Monitor IAM systems for alerts and escalate potential issues when required.
  9. Maintain accurate technical documentation and update knowledge base articles.
  10. Participate in periodic access certification and compliance audits.
  11. Collaborate with IT help desk and business teams to resolve user access issues.
  12. Assist senior IAM engineers with project implementation tasks.
  13. Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance IAM knowledge.
  14. Identify process improvements and contribute to security optimization efforts.
  15. Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and company policies.
