Estimated Salary: ₹6,50,000 – ₹11,00,000 per annum (based on market range for operations analysts in Gurugram)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide tactical and process support to the Global Sales Operations team.
  2. Process closed contracts and opportunities in Salesforce through booked-verification.
  3. Manage contracts, client entitlement data, and subscriptions via Salesforce and CPQ tools.
  4. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce.com and integrated systems.
  5. Support reporting accuracy through data quality management.
  6. Assist Account Executives and Managers with operational tasks.
  7. Handle forecast updates and account transfers.
  8. Support bookings attribution processes.
  9. Respond to miscellaneous requests from client-facing teams.
  10. Participate in special projects to improve sales operations.
  11. Contribute to streamlining the contract-to-cash process.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational alignment.
  13. Identify areas for process improvement.
  14. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  15. Deliver operational excellence while supporting sales growth.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (required).
  • Knowledge of CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Apttus (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
