Experience: 0–7 years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Contract Management
Estimated Salary: ₹6,50,000 – ₹11,00,000 per annum (based on market range for operations analysts in Gurugram)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tactical and process support to the Global Sales Operations team.
- Process closed contracts and opportunities in Salesforce through booked-verification.
- Manage contracts, client entitlement data, and subscriptions via Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce.com and integrated systems.
- Support reporting accuracy through data quality management.
- Assist Account Executives and Managers with operational tasks.
- Handle forecast updates and account transfers.
- Support bookings attribution processes.
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from client-facing teams.
- Participate in special projects to improve sales operations.
- Contribute to streamlining the contract-to-cash process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational alignment.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Deliver operational excellence while supporting sales growth.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (required).
- Knowledge of CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Apttus (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
