Key Responsibilities

  1. Build secure and reliable account experiences for Microsoft users.
  2. Contribute to authentication services such as Passkeys.
  3. Develop data pipelines to deliver insights and experimentation ideas.
  4. Collaborate with program managers, designers, and partner teams to scope projects.
  5. Enable developers and teams to leverage data throughout the lifecycle.
  6. Write secure, reliable, and maintainable code in languages such as C#, C++, Java, and Python.
  7. Debug, test, and optimize applications for scalability and performance.
  8. Contribute to a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  9. Develop web applications that improve customer account experiences.
  10. Support business intelligence and analytics for account services.
  11. Participate in system design discussions with cross-functional teams.
  12. Provide technical guidance to improve existing platform offerings.
  13. Work on customer-facing scenarios and define KPIs for success.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across account systems.

Required Skills and Knowledge
