Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy process control applications using PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA.
2. Support capital projects, ensuring compliance with automation engineering principles.
3. Apply industry standards for batch control systems, software development life cycle, and regulatory requirements.
4. Develop engineering documents, SOPs, and specifications for automation processes.
5. Administer and manage process control automation in regulated manufacturing settings.
6. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for process control issues.
7. Design and test automation-based process equipment to improve system efficiency.
8. Assist in new product and technology introductions by configuring automation systems.
9. Implement standard process control methods for problem-solving and system optimization.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Frontend and Backend Programming in software system development.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies like PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, and batch control systems.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills for process control automation.
• Experience in engineering documentation, process control systems, and standard operating procedures.
