Experience: 2–6 years (preferred)
Estimated Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect, analyze, and document user requirements for software development.
  2. Design, modify, and develop software applications for clinical research needs.
  3. Support and maintain software solutions post-deployment.
  4. Participate in validation processes through test plan development and execution.
  5. Create applications following the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  6. Collaborate with team members to share updates on tools, processes, and projects.
  7. Develop web applications using ASP.NET and object-oriented programming with C#.
  8. Work with relational databases such as SQL for application development.
  9. Contribute to system modernization and cloud migration projects (Azure).
  10. Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for version control and release management.
  11. Support mobile application development projects (iOS/Android).
  12. Create and execute automated test cases to ensure software quality.
  13. Troubleshoot and debug applications in collaboration with global teams.
  14. Take potential leadership roles in software development projects.
  15. Ensure compliance with Medpace’s software quality standards.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL).
  • Familiarity with Angular and web services.
  • Knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Entity Framework.
  • Understanding of SDLC and release management.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software validation processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • Experience in system modernization projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS/Android) is an advantage.
  • Strong documentation skills.
