Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions based on technical requirements.
- Conduct programming, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of software applications.
- Research and evaluate alternative technical solutions for evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with Mastercard’s development and testing standards.
- Create system and testing documentation as per department guidelines.
- Follow Mastercard’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Support project and software metrics collection and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
- Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain security practices and ensure confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Troubleshoot software and system issues effectively.
- Stay updated with new software development trends and technologies.
- Provide technical support and resolve software-related issues.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- 0 to 12 months of experience in software engineering.
