Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand functional and business requirements for assigned modules.
  2. Create, review, and execute test cases for web applications.
  3. Test mobile applications for usability and functionality.
  4. Report bugs clearly and track them to closure.
  5. Use Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello for bug tracking.
  6. Conduct regression testing to verify stability.
  7. Perform integration testing across modules.
  8. Assist in system testing for product readiness.
  9. Collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
  10. Participate in sprint planning and QA stand-ups.
  11. Validate bug fixes before release.
  12. Support smoke and sanity testing during deployments.
  13. Document testing procedures and outcomes.
  14. Provide feedback on product usability.
  15. Suggest improvements for QA processes.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Pursuing or completed CS/IT degree or related field.
  2. Basic understanding of software development concepts.
  3. Knowledge of manual testing techniques.
  4. Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello).
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Documentation and reporting ability.
  7. Strong attention to detail.
  8. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  10. Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  11. Ability to multitask on projects.
  12. Exposure to SQL for database validation.
  13. Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium/Cypress.
