Key Responsibilities

1. Develop automated monitoring solutions to detect system anomalies and trigger alerts.
2. Write Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for product development.
3. Support teams in refining requirements, performing data mapping, and conducting impact analysis.
4. Collaborate with leadership & teams to prioritize and document key solutions and workflows.
5. Identify opportunities for automation & process improvement, experimenting with new ideas.
6. Assist in creating automated test scripts to ensure software quality, security, and performance.
7. Integrate automation systems with existing connectivity & infrastructure tools.
8. Optimize performance, minimize errors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
9. Coordinate project updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication across departments.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Professional Skills

1. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
2. Ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum, User Stories, Epics).
3. Highly organized with problem-solving skills.
4. Experience with ServiceNow IT portal & financial data analytics (preferred).

Technical Skills
