Training & Compensation Details

  1. First 3 months will be classroom training as an intern.
  2. Stipend during classroom training will be ₹25,000 per month.
  3. Next 12 months will be on-the-job training as Associate Engineer.
  4. Full-time compensation after training is ₹4,00,100 per annum.

  1. Undergo structured classroom training during the initial phase.
  2. Learn core engineering concepts relevant to assigned projects.
  3. Support engineering teams during on-the-job training.
  4. Apply technical knowledge to real-time industry projects.
  5. Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  6. Adapt to different project requirements based on business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th standard.
  2. Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 12th / Diploma / Pre-University.
  3. Graduation aggregate of at least 60% or 6.75 CGPA.
  4. No active backlogs at the time of application.
  5. Final year examination must be cleared in the first attempt.
  6. Minimum age of 18 years at the time of joining.

Bond Details

  1. Selected candidates must sign a bond of ₹2,00,000.
  2. Bond duration is 2 years and 9 months.
