Key Responsibilities
- Perform valuation analysis of public and private companies across industries.
- Build and review discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
- Conduct comparable company and precedent transaction analysis.
- Develop option pricing and intangible asset valuation models.
- Gather relevant data through client interactions and research.
- Prepare financial models in Excel and valuation software.
- Draft valuation reports and presentation materials.
- Present findings and conclusions to clients and internal teams.
- Support proposal creation and client pitches.
- Assist in client relationship management and engagement planning.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting valuations.
- Maintain engagement documentation, coding, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers on project delivery.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards and firm guidelines.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
