Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research using commercial registries, corporate databases, legal databases, and media sources.
  2. Perform desktop research using specialist research tools (Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
  3. Summarize collected information into clear, accurate due diligence reports.
  4. Monitor progress and inform stakeholders about key developments and outcomes.
  5. Deliver client engagement outputs in line with project plans and predefined methodologies.
  6. Highlight red flags and critical issues during research and analysis.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and trends in forensic investigations.
  8. Conduct counterparty risk assessments effectively and professionally.
  9. Apply in-depth technical knowledge in due diligence and anti-money laundering processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
  11. Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  12. Adapt to dynamic environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  13. Participate in technical discussions and problem-solving sessions.
  14. Uphold integrity, ethical standards, and company values in all interactions.
  15. Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives in the due diligence function.
