Salary: Estimated ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum (Bangalore market range for entry-level Internal Audit roles)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support internal audit and process consulting assignments.
  2. Assist in risk consulting and compliance-related projects.
  3. Conduct walkthroughs to understand client processes.
  4. Perform testing of internal controls.
  5. Document audit observations and findings.
  6. Prepare workpapers and audit reports.
  7. Communicate updates to managers and stakeholders.
  8. Assist in risk assessments and process reviews.
  9. Support development of business process documentation.
  10. Conduct data analysis for audit insights.
  11. Participate in client meetings and discussions.
  12. Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  13. Coordinate with teams across locations.
  14. Travel to client sites as required.
  15. Maintain high standards of quality in deliverables.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Basic understanding of internal audit concepts.
  2. Knowledge of process consulting and risk management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Team collaboration skills.
  6. Understanding of IT systems.
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel.
  8. Ability to use PowerPoint effectively.
