Qualification: Graduate in BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BMS, BBM or equivalent (0–2 years experience preferred; certifications such as CIA/CISA are an added advantage)
Experience: 0–2 years (Audit, Risk Consulting, Process Consulting or related)
Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Style: Office-based (with travel to client locations)
Key Responsibilities
- Support risk-based internal audit and governance engagements.
- Assist in conducting process consulting and compliance reviews.
- Deliver high-quality client services in line with KPMG standards.
- Perform data analysis and document business processes.
- Participate in enterprise risk management assignments.
- Monitor engagement progress and manage risks proactively.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to Sarbanes–Oxley compliance and testing.
- Support continuous auditing and monitoring initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers on project execution.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and prepare client deliverables.
- Apply industry knowledge to enhance risk consulting projects.
- Travel to client locations across India and abroad as required.
- Demonstrate strong professional ethics, integrity, and accountability.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of internal audit and risk consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
- Familiarity with IT systems and controls.
- Understanding of corporate governance principles.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools is an added advantage.
