Qualification: Graduates (BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM or similar degree); additional certifications like CIA, CISA are a plus
Experience: 0–2 years of related audit, business, or sector experience
Salary: Estimated INR 6–8 LPA (based on industry standards for entry-level audit roles at Big 4 firms)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct internal audit, process consulting, and risk consulting engagements for clients.
  2. Assist in identifying business risks and recommending process improvements.
  3. Deliver quality client services within agreed timelines.
  4. Support in developing risk-based audit frameworks and methodologies.
  5. Prepare audit reports and documentation to highlight findings.
  6. Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders updated on outcomes.
  7. Perform compliance checks against regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
  8. Work on enterprise risk management assignments.
  9. Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 testing and compliance initiatives.
  10. Perform revenue assurance and continuous monitoring tasks.
  11. Participate in control self-assessment exercises.
  12. Assist in corporate governance advisory and review activities.
  13. Handle accounting and process-related tasks with attention to detail.
  14. Travel to client locations for audits and consulting assignments.
  15. Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to deliver engagement objectives.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Basic understanding of internal audit, process consulting, and risk consulting.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  5. Ability to work effectively in teams.
  6. Familiarity with IT systems and controls.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
  10. Knowledge of data analytics tools (added advantage).
  11. Exposure to risk assessment methodologies.
