Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and implement KYC/AML standards, policies, and procedures.
  2. Manage and safeguard confidential client documentation and data.
  3. Execute Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local and Specialized Due Diligence (LDD/SpDD), and Product Due Diligence (PDD).
  4. Review and validate client data to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  5. Monitor and interpret alerts, escalating issues where necessary.
  6. Collaborate with the Middle Office to resolve KYC/AML cases within designated timelines.
  7. Adhere strictly to control measures and compliance frameworks.
  8. Analyze large datasets to support data validation and client onboarding accuracy.
  9. Engage in internal reviews and follow audit recommendations.
  10. Contribute to the development and optimization of internal KYC processes.
  11. Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  12. Coordinate cross-functional communication for smoother case closures.
  13. Work proactively to resolve issues, minimize delays, and enhance turnaround time.
  14. Maintain detailed records of case actions and decisions.
  15. Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
