Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  2. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  3. Conduct gap analysis of existing processes and suggest enhancements.
  4. Leverage AI tools and advanced technologies to optimize business workflows.
  5. Perform detailed business process analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency.
  6. Partner with IT and development teams for smooth project implementation.
  7. Prepare user stories, process maps, and requirement documentation.
  8. Assist in end-to-end testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  9. Monitor project progress and provide support during solution rollouts.
  10. Create user guides, reference documents, and training material.
  11. Deliver training sessions to stakeholders on new systems and tools.
  12. Provide ongoing business support post-deployment.
  13. Keep track of market trends, AI adoption, and regulatory shifts.
  14. Contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with business goals.
  15. Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance, and security policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  2. Proficiency in documentation tools and visualization software.

  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
