KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Define and document business requirements across the project lifecycle
  2. Assess change impact between current and target state
  3. Review test strategy, test plan, and test scenarios
  4. Provide oversight during testing activities
  5. Work independently across multiple initiatives
  6. Engage stakeholders at various organizational levels
  7. Identify risks and proactively mitigate issues
  8. Apply design-thinking methodologies (including persona mapping)
  9. Ensure customer-centric solution design
  10. Support change adoption for impacted teams
  11. Analyze business problems systematically and logically
  12. Prepare and present requirement documents and solution options
  13. Collaborate with technology teams for delivery alignment
  14. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions
  15. Ensure seamless transition from project to Business-As-Usual (BAU)
