KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and document business requirements across the project lifecycle
- Assess change impact between current and target state
- Review test strategy, test plan, and test scenarios
- Provide oversight during testing activities
- Work independently across multiple initiatives
- Engage stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Identify risks and proactively mitigate issues
- Apply design-thinking methodologies (including persona mapping)
- Ensure customer-centric solution design
- Support change adoption for impacted teams
- Analyze business problems systematically and logically
- Prepare and present requirement documents and solution options
- Collaborate with technology teams for delivery alignment
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Ensure seamless transition from project to Business-As-Usual (BAU)
