Key Responsibilities
- Report RC AI & Analytics scorecard and key performance indicators accurately and promptly.
- Promote data-driven decision-making aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Support the adoption of AI/ML and advanced analytics to manage regulatory risk effectively.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders to increase understanding and usage of data science products.
- Collaborate with analytics teams across the bank to share insights and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and agile delivery culture.
- Drive positive change across the organization with the support of stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytical solutions into clear insights for the department.
- Ensure timely completion of data analysis projects.
- Design and implement data pipelines connecting various sources.
- Conduct reconciliations between regulatory, tax, and accounting data.
- Automate data cleaning and processing tasks with Python.
- Create meaningful data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical processes.
- Contribute actively to innovation and strategy within the organization.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of applied mathematics, statistics, and data science principles.
- Experience in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of GCP, AWS, Azure, and Spark is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Medium-level understanding of data architecture concepts (cloud, ETL, Ontology, Data Modelling).
- Experience using GIT, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve complex business problems.
- Client-focused mindset with relationship-building skills.
- Critical thinking and lateral thinking abilities.
