Key Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware and software issues for internal and external customers.
- Provide technical support via telephone and electronic channels.
- Document case summaries and resolutions in the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
- Guide customers proactively to minimize recurring problems.
- Represent HP in customer visits, vendor meetings, and industry events.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues and outages.
- Provide resolutions based on trend analysis and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet SLA requirements.
- Participate in technical excellence initiatives.
- Support key projects through research and data analysis.
- Share standardized reports with stakeholders.
- Learn and apply relevant frameworks for support activities.
- Maintain effective customer relationships.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of hardware and software basics.

- Skills in scripting and automation.
