Qualification: Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Salary: INR 8,00,000 – 14,00,000 per annum (Estimated for Senior Tester in Bengaluru)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed performance test plans and scripts based on project requirements.
- Execute performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Analyze load test results to identify system bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to resolve performance concerns.
- Recommend improvements for enhancing system scalability and reliability.
- Monitor key performance metrics during load tests.
- Troubleshoot and debug performance-related defects.
- Prepare clear documentation on performance test results and findings.
- Conduct benchmarking to evaluate application performance.
- Ensure test environments are properly configured for performance testing.
- Participate in technical discussions related to system optimization.
- Validate performance fixes by conducting follow-up tests.
- Improve scripts and test automation for better efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure performance goals are met.
- Maintain updated knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and strategies
- Hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner
