Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – 3-4 days per week in office)
Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Electronics and Communication (2024 or 2025 passouts only, no backlogs)
Experience: Freshers
Salary: ₹4,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (estimated based on role and location)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct functional testing for multidisciplinary embedded systems (software and hardware).
  2. Execute end-to-end quality assurance testing for assigned features.
  3. Validate product functionality in alignment with Agile testing practices.
  4. Work closely with development and QA teams to debug and verify fixes.
  5. Review and execute existing test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  6. Identify, document, and analyze software defects in coordination with engineers.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for defect resolution and validation.
  9. Use network analysis tools to assess product performance.
  10. Support automation initiatives using scripting languages where applicable.
  11. Ensure test documentation and reports are up to date and accurate.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of device test setups and configurations.
  13. Participate in regression and performance testing activities.
  14. Contribute to QA knowledge sharing and process enhancement initiatives.
  15. Ensure testing aligns with organizational standards and product goals.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong knowledge of Layer 3 networking protocols.
  2. Understanding of Linux operating systems.
  3. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.

  5. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  6. Good command of English (spoken and written).
  7. Basic understanding of embedded systems testing.
