Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect requirements and offer best practices for applying to ad products and technologies.
  2. Scope, design, and build scalable solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners globally.
  3. Adapt existing bespoke ads solutions created by regional teams into globally scaled formats.
  4. Manage the complete solution lifecycle, including discovery, launch, maintenance, bug fixing, and feature updates.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  6. Participate in stakeholder management and collaboration across different geographical teams.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous product improvement.
  8. Create technical documentation and guidelines for scaled solutions.
  9. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams for seamless solution delivery.
  10. Formulate data-driven proposals for enhancements and optimizations.
  11. Lead small to medium-scale technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
  12. Ensure quality and scalability in all developed solutions.
  13. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
  14. Proactively monitor solution performance and suggest improvements.
  15. Stay updated with the latest trends in web technologies, ad tech, and technical design.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python
  • Strong skills in SQL, Technical Design, Web Technologies, and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Experience with ad tech products (e.g., ad server, DSPs, DMPs, web analytics)
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Experience in formulating data-driven solutions
