  9. Contribute to technical documentation and training materials.
  10. Review code for correctness, efficiency, and maintainability.
  11. Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  12. Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables.
  13. Contribute to infrastructure-wide architectural decisions.
  14. Innovate and propose improvements to existing solutions.
  15. Champion code quality, scalability, and accessibility.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
  2. Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in software development.
  4. Experience in infrastructure, distributed systems, or compute/storage.
  5. Knowledge of system design principles and scalability.
  6. Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure tools and environments.
  7. Ability to debug complex system-level issues.
  8. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  9. Good communication and collaboration skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  11. Experience with accessible technology development is a plus.
