Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end design execution across mobile and web platforms.
  2. Design intuitive and engaging workflows that simplify complex user journeys.
  3. Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure product consistency.
  4. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
  5. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve experiences.
  6. Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams.
  7. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate motion and micro-interactions.
  8. Ensure compliance with accessibility and inclusivity standards.
  9. Mentor and support junior designers within the team.
  10. Contribute to product strategy with user insights and design expertise.
  11. Document and share design guidelines with stakeholders.
  12. Facilitate workshops and design reviews to gather feedback.
  13. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve designs.
  14. Balance business objectives with user needs in all design decisions.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. 3+ years of product design experience across mobile and web platforms.
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI expertise.
  3. Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
  4. Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
  5. Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
  6. Experience in creating and managing design systems.
  7. Ability to run user research and usability testing.
  8. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  9. Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  10. Experience with prototyping tools and motion design.
  11. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
