Salary: ₹18 LPA – ₹25 LPA (Estimated based on industry standards in India)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution across mobile and web platforms.
- Design intuitive and engaging workflows that simplify complex user journeys.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate motion and micro-interactions.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and inclusivity standards.
- Mentor and support junior designers within the team.
- Contribute to product strategy with user insights and design expertise.
- Document and share design guidelines with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and design reviews to gather feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve designs.
- Balance business objectives with user needs in all design decisions.
- Ensure high-quality execution of UI and UX across all surfaces.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- 3+ years of product design experience across mobile and web platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI expertise.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
- Experience in creating and managing design systems.
- Ability to run user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience with prototyping tools and motion design.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working asynchronously across global teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
