Key Responsibilities

  1. Make collection calls to customers.
  2. Send invoices through email, fax, or hard copy as requested.
  3. Resolve unidentified cash issues.
  4. Manage end-to-end cash application tasks.
  5. Ensure timely completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation.
  6. Handle customer disputes and questions.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  8. Reconcile orders with customer records.
  9. Validate credits and debits for customer accounts.
  10. Share reconciled statements with customers for payment or refund.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation for cash application activities.
  12. Follow SLAs and quality standards daily.
  13. Support query resolution related to payments.
  14. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain process accuracy.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
  2. Freshers are eligible.
  3. Strong English communication skills.
  4. Ability to learn financial processes quickly.
  5. Basic understanding of invoices and payments.
  6. Good problem-solving ability.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  9. Attention to detail.
  10. Basic MS Office knowledge.
