Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze disputed transactions and account information.
- Collect evidence and supporting documentation for dispute cases.
- Identify patterns and trends in disputes to reduce recurrence.
- Communicate findings clearly and empathetically to customers.
- Collaborate with Fraud, Legal, and Customer Service teams.
- Recommend solutions such as credits, refunds, or corrections.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a subject matter expert on dispute resolution policies.
- Ensure compliance with banking and insurance regulations.
- Support decision-making processes like refunds and chargebacks.
- Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
- Work in alignment with organizational policies and SLAs.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Assist in audits and reporting activities.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are eligible; prior experience is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information.
- Knowledge of dispute resolution processes (preferred).
- Understanding of Finance, Banking, or Insurance domain (preferred).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
