Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage sourcing for indirect spend categories with spend up to $5M.
  2. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute business agreements, NDAs, and contract amendments.
  3. Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain system changes.
  4. Coordinate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
  5. Conduct spend and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with global category managers and regional heads to align sourcing strategies.
  7. Lead supplier evaluations, selections, and ongoing performance management.
  8. Manage supplier relationships and resolve quality issues effectively.
  9. Prepare and lead negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sourcing activities.
  11. Utilize ERP and other procurement tools such as Oracle Fusion, Archer, or Emptoris.
  12. Support multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  13. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  14. Provide strategic inputs for operational improvements.
  15. Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical and financial skills for effective decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and procurement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing categories like IT (Software, Hardware, Networks, Data Centers), Marketing, HR Services, Professional Services, Facilities Management, and Banking Operations.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Knowledge of credit scoring methods (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet reports).
  • Experience in leading change and influencing stakeholders.
