Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure inventory levels meet order requirements.
- Schedule deliveries by collaborating with production and logistics.
- Monitor and track order status while updating customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documents.
- Resolve order-related discrepancies and exceptions promptly.
- Perform updates in the order management system with the latest data.
- Use analytical skills to support decision-making for management.
- Deliver high-quality client service and meet performance standards.
- Work independently to achieve business goals and deadlines.
- Support inspection readiness and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Aerospace background preferred
- Prior experience in order management or supply chain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or SAP (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle flexible work hours
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Industry experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial engineering (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping standards
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural work environments
