Key Responsibilities
- Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing lines.
- Resolve quality issues arising in the production process.
- Ensure timely calibration of equipment.
- Review and maintain calibration reports.
- Perform verification and validation activities for equipment and processes.
- Prepare and update validation and verification reports.
- Support equipment installation and maintenance.
- Assist with ordering manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Clear non-conforming material reports daily and weekly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and supplier quality teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up with suppliers for part rejections and rework.
- Prepare and maintain work instructions and revision history.
- Prepare Device History Records and maintain revisions.
- Train manufacturing staff on changes to work instructions.
- Lead initiatives for quality, cost, and productivity improvements.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Familiarity with calibration and quality standards.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
