Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and follow up on program management reports within Global Business Services (GBS) and the Site Customer Focus Team.
2. Oversee and coordinate program activities across inter-departments, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
3. Handle highly confidential and critical data.
4. Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
5. Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and customer management skills.
6. Lead activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
7. Document various stages of the program effectively.
8. Understand Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction (NPI), and different phases of the product lifecycle.
9. Grasp financial terms/INCO Terms and their impact on business profit and loss.
10. Utilize ERP tools like Baan/SAP for program management.

Skills & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
2. 0-3 years of related experience in Program Management, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
4. Basic understanding of automation through Excel is an added advantage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
