Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for IT projects.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and IT solutions for increased efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate in product backlog prioritization with product owners and development teams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Support change management by assessing impacts of changes and coordinating communication and training.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Contribute to achieving strategic business objectives through IT solutions.
- Document clear and concise functional specifications to guide development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams for alignment.
- Ensure delivery of IT solutions that meet functional and business requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving roadblocks.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in analysis and reporting activities.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC tools.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of business requirements analysis and documentation.
- Experience in UAT coordination and change management.
- Familiarity with product backlog management.
- Curiosity and agility in learning new tools and technologies.
